Huế Vietnamese Cuisine offers an SMS text messaging program that sends customers messages about their inquiries, reservations, online orders, customer support, and important service updates — most commonly, a message letting you know that your takeout order is ready for pickup.
You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box next to the phone number field when you place an order on huevietnamesecuisine.com. The box is unchecked by default; checking it is entirely your choice. You may also opt in by texting YES to (564) 244-4661.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can place an order and receive your food without agreeing to receive text messages.
Message frequency varies and depends on how often you order. Most customers receive approximately one to two messages per order.

Our kitchen prepares food containing the major allergens — peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, fish, soy, eggs, wheat, sesame and milk — in a shared cooking space using shared equipment. Our staff are trained on major food allergens and allergen cross-contact as required in King County, and we will take every reasonable precaution you ask for. Because we are a shared kitchen, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free of a given allergen. Fish sauce, shrimp paste, peanuts and soy appear throughout Vietnamese cooking, including in dishes where they are not obvious.
If you or a guest has a severe or life-threatening allergy, please call (206) 693-3311 before ordering so we can discuss the specific dish honestly. If we do not believe we can prepare it safely for you, we will say so.
